OkeBet 7 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings whenever they appear:

• "Account" — the individual player account created on OkeBet 7, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds currently held in your OkeBet 7 account, excluding any active bonus funds.

To use OkeBet 7's betting and gaming services, you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals in the Philippines. By completing registration, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each person may hold only one (1) OkeBet 7 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. OkeBet 7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

Any winnings generated on an account where age verification fails will be forfeited, and the account will be closed immediately.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your OkeBet 7 account. OkeBet 7 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

OkeBet 7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section plus the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Promotions page. Where there is a conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• One bonus per player: Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per qualifying product (casino or sports). Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a secondary account or by creating a new account after the first has been closed will result in permanent disqualification from all future bonuses.
• Wagering requirements: OkeBet 7's standard bonus wagering requirements range from 1x (cashback) to 15x (casino welcome). Specific requirements are clearly stated on each promotion. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. JILI slots and most casino slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Sports bets must meet minimum odds thresholds as specified (typically 1.70 or greater) to qualify.
• Maximum bet while on bonus: While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ₱500 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire as stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account with no compensation.
• OkeBet 7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where changes affect active bonus funds already in member accounts, OkeBet 7 will provide reasonable notice and protect the member's ability to complete any current wagering requirement under the original terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on OkeBet 7, including PBA betting, boxing, football, virtual sports, and all other live and pre-match markets.

• All bets are accepted subject to OkeBet 7's right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed in error or where there is evidence of matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Bets are accepted in full once confirmed — you cannot cancel or change a bet after confirmation. Always verify your selection, stake, and odds before confirming.
• If a sporting event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to the member's real-money balance. If an event that has started is abandoned, OkeBet 7 will settle markets for which a natural conclusion has been reached and void the remainder.
• In the case of a pricing error by OkeBet 7 — where odds were published at a level materially different from the correct market price — OkeBet 7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
• Live in-play bets on OkeBet 7 are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. The odds displayed at the moment of your confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted. During stoppages, markets may be suspended — bets submitted during a suspension will either queue or be returned, as indicated on-screen.
• Maximum payout per settled bet on OkeBet 7 is ₱500,000, regardless of the odds, stake, or product type involved.

OkeBet 7's casino and JILI slots offerings operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology. All published RTP (Return to Player) figures are verified and accurate as provided by the respective game developers.

• The outcome of every spin, hand, or round in OkeBet 7 casino and slot games is determined independently of any previous round or any outside influence. Each result is random and unpredictable.

• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round or slot spin, the round will be completed by OkeBet 7's server and the result credited to your account upon reconnection. If a disconnection prevents a round from completing, the stake will be returned.
• Game malfunctions — whether caused by a software error, network error, or data corruption — void all related plays and stakes are returned. OkeBet 7 bears no liability for losses caused by events outside its direct technical control, including internet service provider failures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OkeBet 7. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, and may have balances and winnings forfeited, at OkeBet 7's discretion.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Matched betting and arbitrage: Systematically exploiting OkeBet 7's promotional offers in conjunction with opposing bets on external platforms to guarantee a risk-free return from bonus funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, VPNs, or any other technical means to circumvent OkeBet 7's platform restrictions or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using OkeBet 7 deposits and withdrawals to disguise the source of illicit funds. OkeBet 7 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward OkeBet 7 support staff or other members through any communication channel associated with the platform.

OkeBet 7 may suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 9.
• Request by the member themselves — including self-exclusion requests submitted via the responsible gaming tools or support team.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative fee of ₱50 per month until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account is closed. OkeBet 7 will send notice to the registered email address 30 days before dormancy fees begin.

Where an account is closed due to a member breach, OkeBet 7 will process a refund of the verified real-money balance after deducting any outstanding liabilities, but any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

OkeBet 7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Wagering limits: Restrict how much you can wager per day, week, or month.

• Losses caused by events outside OkeBet 7's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider disruptions.
• Any errors in live scores, statistics, or data feeds used on the platform that are sourced from third-party providers, where OkeBet 7 has acted in good faith on that data.
• Unauthorised access to your OkeBet 7 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

OkeBet 7's total aggregate liability to any single member under these Terms, in any 12-month period, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member during the same period.

OkeBet 7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, OkeBet 7 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Publish a notice on the OkeBet 7 homepage for a minimum of 7 days following the change.
• Send an email notification to the registered email addresses of active members for significant changes affecting member rights or financial terms.

Continued use of OkeBet 7 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Closing your account does not affect your rights under the Terms in force at the time any bets were placed or transactions were made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of OkeBet 7 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

If a provision of these Terms is found by any competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
